Harvest Operative (Night Shift)

At Bakkafrost Scotland we breed, rear and process superior salmon in the pristine waters of the West Highlands and Islands.  Our team harvest salmon that are delivered by well boat from our Marine sites and discharged into the Harvest Station.  Your role will be to harvest salmon humanely within fish welfare standards.  Harvesting is a unique role as it acts as a bridge between our salmon farming and processing facilities.  It therefore requires a keen eye for animal welfare, in addition to food hygiene standards - click on the job specification link for full details of the role.  In addition to a competitive salary, including a recent increase to help support our employees through the cost of living crisis, we offer the following:
